Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 1|Pilot. The young and recently fired Dr. Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein) stumbles into a new career as a concierge doctor to the privileged denizens of the Hamptons in the series premiere. Hank’s ambitious brother (Paulo Costanzo) assists this new endeavor, providing encouragement and financial advice along the way.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 2|There Will Be Food. A senator’s son falls ill with a strange sickness. Elsewhere, a dog walker seeks Hank’s advice; and Evan sets his sights on landing more female clients while also planning a date for Hank and Jill.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 3|Strategic Planning. The pushy wife of a U.S. senator calls Hank and Divya to perform a discrete “executive physical” on her teenage son, who will be the starting quarterback for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the fall.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 4|TB or Not TB. A chef disappears without treatment after suffering from a stroke. Elsewhere, Evan and Divya, evaluate their positions in Hank’s new business, and on the day that Hank had previously planned to get married he spends time with Jill.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 5| No Man Is an Island. Hank and Evan take on a job looking after a wealthy family who live on a private island which is technology-free. Despite Hank’s better judgment, a woman plans on having her baby right there on the island. Meanwhile, Evan finds himself clashing with a teenage family member. Back at home, Jill struggles with hospital politics.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 6|If I Were a Sick Man. Hank finds himself needing to quarantine the guests from a party and considers making a call to the County Health to announce a possible outbreak. Elsewhere, Evan makes some interesting facts concerning Divya’s personal life, and Jill wants to keep her relationship with Hank under wraps.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 7|Crazy Love. Hank’s relationship with Jill becomes strained when he gives care to an illustrator with a heart ailment. Elsewhere, Divya needs to diagnose a newlywed before the honeymoon can begin.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 8|The Honeymoon’s Over. During an equestrian show, a young girl falls from her horse and is complaining of strange symptoms which makes Hank believe her father is hiding something. Elsewhere, Divya weighs over telling her dad the truth about her job, and Hank meets Jill’s ex-husband.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 9|It’s Like Jamais Vu All Over Again. Hank treats a girl who falls from a horse during an equestrian show. 

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 10|Am I Blue? Hank has to deal with Marshall Bryants's abuse of alcohol and prescription drugs after visiting his son Tucker for his seventeenth birthday. Marshall has other ideas than traditional rehab and after trying to do things his usual quick way almost ends up dead.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 11|Nobody’s Perfect. While in New York to examine Boris’ strange illness, Hank discovers the Gardner family wants to go after his medical license. Elsewhere, while on a reclusive millionaire’s yacht, Evan and Divya face a medical crisis. Also, Jill and her ex-husband clash over the divorce papers.

Royal Pains Season 1 Episode 12|Wonderland. Hank treats a hallucinating woman. Meanwhile, Charlie and Jill move in together, while Divya and Raj anguish over their engagement party.
